1. Upload a photo or scan of paper records: Our AI-powered Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology allows you to simply take a photo or scan your pet's paper records from any veterinary clinic. Pawssier will automatically extract and organize the information,

2. Manually upload digital records: You can also manually upload digital files, such as PDFs or images, directly from your device.

In the future, you will be able to email records as attachments to unique-to-you email addresses. Any records sent as attachments will be automatically parsed by our OCR technology and added to your account. This will also enable veterinary clinic tsecurely send records directly to your Pawssier account.

Pawssier seamlessly manages records for multiple pets within a single account. You can easily switch between your pets' profiles, view their individual records, and manage their care all in one convenient place.

We understand the importance of data privacy.

Deleting your Pawssier account and your pet's information will be a straightforward process. You can do so within your account settings. Navigate to the 'Account Settings' or 'Privacy' section and follow the instructions to delete your account. Once you confirm the deletion, all your account and pet data will be permanently removed from our servers.
